day in seattle, making lava cake & home decor haul
Hey babes! I hope you had a great weekend! Today’s video is a vlog of my weekend! Juan and I took a little trip into Seattle to go to Discovery Park and Kerry Park. Beautifully freezing day lol. We made some dulce de leche lava cake (recipe below) that was absolutely delicioussss! Hands down one of my fave desserts. Renovations are coming to an end and I’ve already started my decor shopping! I share with you some of the decor that I’ve gotten so far. I hope you enjoy!
DULCE DE LECHE LAVA CAKE
1 can dulce de leche (13.4oz)
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup flour
pinch cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
powdered sugar, fruit, ice cream, etc. for topping
TIPS
Butter and flour muffin tin
Fill almost to the very top
Bake at 425 for 10 min
